Announcement of SDG Youth Essay Competition Finalists

We are delighted to announce the finalists of the SDG Youth Essay Competition!!!

Youth Empowerment Synergy (YES-Ghana) invited young people between ages 15-24 to participate in the SDG Youth Essay Competition. Participants were to identify the top three challenges faced by their cities, towns or communities, and how young people can contribute to addressing those identified towards the attainment of the SDGs.

411 entries were received from all regions of Ghana by the deadline of 25th August, 2017. Due to the adherence to strict guidelines, 353 scripts were longlisted and evaluated by a panel of independent assessors.
